Students will be assigned homework throughout the week.
 

PARENTS MUST REVIEW HOMEWORK WITH STUDENTS AND SIGN HIS/HER H.A.B. NIGHTLY.
 

Reading
Students need to read an average of 20 minutes every night, with a total of 100 minutes each week.  

Math

Math homework will be assigned daily.  Assignments may include practicing math facts, completing a homework page from their practice book, or a worksheet I have copied for them.  Students are expected to work through the problems on their homework to practice the skills we have been working on in class.  However, if students are struggling with their assignment after 20 minutes it is OKAY to STOP - write a note - and take a break.
